While we strive for perfection, please double-check your selections before confirming your order. We generally can’t accommodate returns or exchanges due to customer errors like selecting the wrong size, design, or color.
The Path to Resolution:
If you receive a product that is incorrectly sized or designed due to our mistake, email us at Chillax with a detailed explanation and accompanying photos for your claim. If photos alone can’t prove the issue, a video will be the next step and you should have proper package opening video. You have a 7-day window from your purchase date to qualify for a free replacement.
The “Right Size, Wrong Fit” Scenario:
If the product you receive matches your order but doesn’t fit well, we offer an exchange option at your expense. Costs for this type of these type of exchange include the re-creation of the product and shipping fees, and these will differ depending on the product. To proceed, send us an email and we’ll share a payment link for the exchange.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND GUIDELINES
Order Lock-in: Once your order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellation is not an option. However, if you cancel before this stage, your payment will be fully refunded via the original payment method.
Invalid Cancellation Reasons: We can’t entertain cancellations for reasons like “change of mind” after an order is finalized. Doing so compromises the value we strive to offer at The Chillax. Remember, finalizing an order is a binding agreement to purchase.
Cancellation From Our End: If we find that your payment is fake/ you bypassed our payment gateway we can cancel your order voluntarily after a certain amount of time. We will let you know via email/SMS about your order status. Order shall not be processed before the credit of the purchase amount in our bank account.
Tracing Your Refund: If your refund seems to be taking its time (7-15 days), start by reviewing your bank statement, then contact your credit card company, followed by reaching out to your bank.
